Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
Child policies
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property.
Cot and extra bed policies
Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.
